They have 14g protein in a 40g bar and are only 150 cals, so a bit lower than some other protein bars. I have tried some of the other flavours but these ones are my preference, I like the nuts on the outside and they remind me a bit of those gold foil chocolates you get at Christmas (the ‘ambassadors choice’). They are not too sickly sweet or tacky in the mouth like some protein bars. Fill you up reasonably well and satisfy sweet cravings.
