Would recommend for sleep & memory
While Increased sleep = Increased Cognitive ability, therefore directly attributing this tablet to memory improvement might not be appropriate. However, there has been a material improvement in memory recall speed & sleep quality for me. Good results so far.
This has definitely helped with falling asleep as well as sleep quality, muscles soreness has also gone down after workouts. Product works like any other magnesium supplement, will keep using to see the benefits for the brain not noticed any so far.

genuine product, i've been having it for a few months now. go for it if you have anxiety/depression. within 24 hours you feel better.

Be careful. Do not buy.
After taking this supplement, l got good results for the first seven days. However on the 8th and 9 thday l started experiencing chest pain and blurry vision along with disoriention in my functioning. I had to stop taking it.

Bottle was sealed but had lot of loose powder when opened . Have not seen that with any other products . I wrote to the merchant but no response
