I've been using these jerky kits for a long time and love them. Easy to use and make a great tasty jerky. I prefer the "whole muscle" type of jerky but occasionally the ground jerky strips as well since with this kit you can make either. Just a nice, easy to use product that gives great results.

Very easy to measure correct amount and taste of beef jerky was amazing. I used eye of round and it was very tender.
