I definitely noticed a difference in my energy level within a day or two of taking it. I had been fatigued and my thyroid meds weren't helping. My lab work that I was low in B12, and this did the trick. And it tastes great!

Was not happy with how long it took seller to ship product. Would have loved to have received it sooner. Product works great. Other reviews mention that they broke out. I did too, but continued to use the product and eventually break outs cleared up and no more problem. I guess it has to work through your system. Did not give me the energy that I was hoping for, but I always had a problem with feeling tired all the time. I no longer have that constant, daily tired feeling. Will continue taking. Would have given five stars, but seller really took their time shipping this out. Much longer than they should have.

Have tried the drops and the sublingual and wasn't happy. This product is chewable and tastes great, no hanging around waiting for a tablet to dissolve under your tongue.

Didn't like the taste. Kirkland brand better.

I ordered this B12 because I was hoping for a more effective formula. I found that I had incredible insomnia after taking one pill and I did take it in the morning. A fluke? Maybe but after one sleepless night, I didn't want to take it again. I'm wondering if the product has caffeine. This formula may be great for some people but I have gone back to the TWinLab B12 and have had no problems.

They taste great and give me energy without jitters.

I wanted to try these to see if it gave me a boost in energy but it actually had the opposite effect where it made me more mellow and relaxed and also made my sleep better. I'm giving it 5 stars because even though better sleep wasn't what I was after originally it's a nice side effect!
