Love my muscle mile. It has plenty of protein and vitamins/minerals. I use it in my cereal, coffee, or drink it. It also tastes good.

The price is better than anywhere I could find around my area. Also, I am small and trying to build more muscle and this works great for protein right after my workout, then I eat a regular meal about an hour later. Plus a smoothie. This should not be considered an actual meal in any way if you are looking to benefit from added proteins. It is filling but not so much that you don't want a dinner ( or lunch/breakfast ) depending on when you work out. I always have mine super cold. Warm is NOT good!! LOL! Not in any way, don't even try it! I would recommend to anyone who is looking to get more than 50 -75 grams of protein a day. This is an automatic 25 grams, to me, that is a huge benefit and keeps from having to search for even more food with high protein besides the standard meat products. which I do eat, but how much chicken and steak can a person eat in a day?!!

We are on an automatic shipment of this for my husband who loves it. He drinks one every morning with a banana. He is 57 and feels it helps him to retain muscle and gives him a mid morning boost at work,....where he is on his feet all day long, 11 hours a day.I personally have never been able to drink a whole one,....I think they taste like fake sweetener and don't like the flavor at all. I even tried to use one in my ice cream maker all churched up with vanilla yogurt and honey. It still tasted gross to me.Four stars because he would give it 5 stars,......but I just can’t,.....in all honesty,....yuk! Perfect example of how opposites attract, LOL!

I’ve been buying these for a few months now after learning my protein intake has been way too low for years. I researched a lot of shakes and found Muscle Milk to have a really good mix of nutrients and high protein without a lot of calories. I also like that it has 5G of fiber per bottle which is hard to get enough of. I typically hate sugar free products as I can’t stand the after taste, but these taste pretty good. I’ve only tried the chocolate, however. I think some people are expecting them to taste like a milkshake from McDonalds. These are a nutritional supplement, not a dessert. I have definitely increased my muscle mass in the past few months thanks in part to Muscle Milk.

Ordered twice now, the price is actually $6 cheaper than my local grocery store and they came in perfect condition and far from the expiration date!I was worried after reading some of the reviews but figured it was worth the risk for the price! Only downside is that lots of people seem to want it because now it's out of stock quite often and probably will be going up in price ☹Also I've seen people complaining about how these are thicker than the ones that they get at their local stores but that has been my experience with muscle milk in general, the taste and viscosity seem to vary greatly from store to store and batch to batch. I add it to my cold brew coffee in a 1:1 ratio so it's not really a big deal to me, though I could see how someone drinking it straight could see it as an issue.

I drink and order both chocolate and vanilla creme. The vanilla can sometimes feel gritty and leave an aftertaste but bearable and good to have as variety. Chocolate tastes great... You won't be able to tell it is sugar free, the flavor is rich but not too sweet, it tastes like a chocolate shake. Great for morning meal replacement and post workout protein boost.Price is amazing compared to other premixed brands. Shelf Stable. And despite having "milk proteins" seems to have no effect on my Lactose Intolerance.You won't be disappointed with Muscle Milk and will be pleased by the value, convenience of ready to go containers with 25gm of protein and the great taste.

These are great products, and I've been ordering them from Amazon for about a year, regularly. Never had a problem, other than some smashed boxes / containers, albeit rare. I liked to deviate between the chocolate and vanilla versions. I bought this pack (Vanilla), which I've bought before. Only this time, I only managed to drink 1 per day, for 3 days....Starting with the first one, I noticed a burning sensation with each gulp, along with my stomach going nuts. By day 3 and the 3rd bottle (same situation, only worse), I contracted mild food poisoning. I may not order this product from Amazon again. Not sure if it was the factory packaging or poor storage conditions in the shipping warehouses before I received it. Either way, this batch was seriously jacked up. No funny smell or damage. Just total chaos to the body within 15 mins.PROS: It's a shame, because I love these products. They're great for supplementing, and the amount of protein is just right for daily use. Not too much (as in those who hit the gym regularly, slamming iron). And the protein is fat-soluable, rather than water-soluable. That is HUGE. Far better absorption and conversion to metabolic use. Shaken up, it also has a great taste!CONS: Although this particular purchase wasn't priced half-bad, these do tend to run on the high side. As in, if you're not severely protein deficient in your daily diet, don't waste the money. That's the only con, however, overall. This past experience is why I've deducted 2 stars. Food poison sucks.
