I guess it works, but I will have to figure out how to keep it spinning on my grinder, since there is nothing for the nut to really grip on to make it spin with the grinder. It spins a little or not at all.

I bought this to add to a new 8" buffer I purchased. The wheels that came on the buffer were terribly out of balance and the machine vibrated all over the bench when I turned it on. I purchased these wheels to use instead and was shocked at how well balanced they are. There is absolutely no appreciable vibration or movement on my buffer whatsoever. These are good wheels at a good price.
