Viper TACTICAL Modular Adjustable Holster

Overall, this holster is well made. The material is heavy duty, the stitching is strong, and the attachment points are practical. Other reviewers have complained that the internal surfaces are abrasive and will damage the finish of their pistols, but I don't foresee that being the case. However, by its very nature the holster is a compromise. I am using it to carry a Weihrauch HW45 pistol which is like a Colt M1911 on steroids, so I was willing to accept a measure of compromise. The alternative would be a handmade "special", and, at least here in the UK, such things are hard to find.Two of the existing reviews online at Amazon state that the holster "fits my HW45 like a glove", or words to that effect. Don't let anyone tell you this holster will fit an HW45. The holster's adjustability is achieved by the use of several heavy-duty Velcro patches that help you "mould" it to the shape of your pistol. From that point of view it works well. But to insert the pistol deep enough for the trigger guard to be enclosed within the holster (a safety measure, and in some parts of the world probably a legal requirement), the muzzle of the HW45 protrudes from the bottom of the holster. Inside, there is a wrap-around Velcro strap that is meant to cradle the muzzle tip and stop it slipping through, and with regular pistols that will work well too. However, the strap is at least 2 inches too short to accommodate the 11-inch length of the HW45. If you squeeze the Velcro patches tightly together to grip the pistol and stop it slipping down, it means that when you draw it the front sight snags on the bottom of the holster.At best, for the HW45 shooter, this holster is a compromise. At worst, it's a waste of money that could end up damaging your expensive pistol.

Easy to make it fit the gun. The top retaining strap was too long, by sliding a blunt knife each side of the velcro I could loosen it and using forceps to pull down, shorten it to a perfect fit.The open bottom is ideal for silencer or compensator, with the adjustable inner strap being useful to give a spot on fit without, it is a bit of a nuisance though as it can snag the top of the barrel.The belt strap is under the two fastened strips at the back, I don't know what they are for?Easy draw and replace,Even fits my revolver.Like most things it could be made more user friendly but it beats most everything else out there.

I bought this holster in the hope that it would fit my Weihrauch HW-40, which it did. But, the holster moves around too much when attached to my belt. I'm sure it's because the pistol itself is so large, and heavy. The holster itself seems well made and easy to adjust/customise. I think that it'd be most suitable for a smaller, lighter pistol.

This is a very practical holster in a heavy ballistic-type weave cloth. It will fit just about any size or type of hand-gun to any size of waist belt. I would suggest a wide webbing type belt though, to reduce movement. The body of the holster covers most of the gun but there is a strap at the bottom of the open-ended holster to hold in place a longer barrelled item. This is not visible in the picture. There is also a nice retaining strap at the top which fits just behind the 'hammer' and can be flipped off (not easily) with the thumb when you want to withdraw the gun. It's held closed by velcro so that initially you just open the holster out and then 'package' your gun to it's exact size before closing up again. This is heavy duty velcro so no danger of it slipping open.Thoroughly recommend it, and remarkably low-priced...BazK

I tried to use this with a Glock 18 with an extended muzzle (not sure if this extra weight caused the issue, most likely not). After a while it fell off my belt while playing. It fits perfectly, holds the gun nicely and is well built but only having on buckle (or what you want to call it) for it to stay on does not do the job well enough. I would recommend purchasing a holster with a leg strap as you'll know it wont fall off therefore you wont potentially lose your sidearm.

Quite disappointed, product arrived and stank of cigarette smoke, which is bang out of order for a brand new product, making my rig smell of smoke. The molle system is very poor quality, comes unbuckled when retrieving your pistol or through activity. I'd had higher expectations from Viper tactical, while the price point is good I would look for an alternative product.

A perfect holster for my M92F, it is adjustable to accommodate just about any pistol. It has held together under the weight of a fully metal replica while bobbing up and down so no doubt it is strong. I have not got a flashlight on my pistol however so I could not speak to say if it would fit with a light on but it most likely possible due to the adjustable nature.Looks great and functions great as expected from Viper.

Bit small and snug for a 9mm replica, just got it to fit though

La foto dice poco. E' bella grossa ma può essere ridotta e, per quanto possibile, sagomata per automatiche compatte. Ha una bella consistenza e direi che potrebbe essere indossata da una vera m11 senza problemi. Insomma non è un giocattolo e ha una struttura razionale più di quanto si veda nelle foto di modelli più pretenziosi. Non è che compro spesso fondine per dire la verità ma conosco il materiale militare perché sono un piccolissimo collezionista di militaria e dopo tutto ho fatto il servizio militare dotato di materiale a dir poco imbarazzante. Altri tempi. Questa è moderna.

Keine Ahnung ob es immer so ist oder ein Produktionsfehler, aber die verstellbare Halteschlaufe im Inneren ist so nah an die Vorderseite genäht, dass ich nicht einmal den Lauf einer schmalen Ruger MK1 dort durchbekomme.
