Q: Has anyone used these on an internal door to keep closed instead of a latch or do you think they are strong enough ?

I used them on a 7ft cupboard door and it works great. I put one at top one at the bottom. They've been up for almost 12months now no issues.

Q: Would they be strong enough to hold a wooden room door shut?

Used mine on a three quarter length wooden wardrobe door and it works well. Suppose it depends on weight of door, but you could put one at top and bottom. They are thin enough to be unobtrusive, try with double sided adhesive fixing tape, and if your satisfied you can screw them in p!ace for more permanent fixing.

Q: I am planning on using them for sliding drawers inside a car. How strong is the adhesive?

The adhesive is strong enough to hold the magnets in place. But please clean the surface of the sticking postion before you stick to it. Aslo please open the door half an hours later after you install these catches using adhesive.

Q: How long are the screws? I only have a 1/2 " depth to work with. And why are they look different?
