This is a fantastic cabinet. Solid wood, no veneers, no particle board. Great finish.A little cheap on the back, but you don't see because the inside back is mirrors. It arrived in perfect shape. BUT the color is nothing like the pictures.It is way darker, a dark red/brown. The description says Golden Oak finish, but it is no way any shade of Golden Oak. Except for color 5 stars

This is a beautiful item, but I am not sure how it passed a quality control inspection.Before I start, let me say that the delivery was on time and the driver who dropped it off was amazing. He was careful with the product and was kind enough to help it it to the room that it would be set up in. The cabinet was wrapped in cardboard and well protected. When it was opened and unwrapped, a rather noticeable blemish was visible and it is on the front of the cabinet. It is obvious that this did not happen in transport because the box did not have any damage and the area had evidence of some sanding. This tells me that someone at the shop made some kind of mistake and started to fix it but did not complete the task. Regardless of the size, this is not a natural blemish and for the price, it should not have left the warehouse in this condition. The rest of the cabinet is beautiful even though it was darker than I expected, as noted by other reviews, but I encourage any buyers to make sure they inspect the merchandise before the driver leaves. I will update my review if I receive any feedback.

Our curio cabinet arrived today and it is absolutely beautiful! We love it! We did a lot of research before purchasing this cabinet. We chose this unit because it had everything we wanted and needed in a curio cabinet. We needed a curio cabinet to fit in a corner, it had to have deep shelves, and plenty of shelves (this unit comes with 7 glass shelves and if you use the bottom shelf you will have 8 levels for displaying your treasures). The coloring on the wood frame is a very rich cherry color. The glass door is beautifully etched along the top, sides and bottom and in the corners there is also a leaf etching. We placed the cabinet in the corner of our entryway so it will be the first thing people see when entering our home. If we could give this curio cabinet more than 5 stars we would.

Wife loves the cabinet. Solid and has plenty of shelves (7) movable, (1) fixed. The lockable door will help keep little children from getting into things they shouldn't. Very clean lines and good materials. Recommended.
