My son is happy with it. He hasn’t complained about the battery life, so I assume it’s good.

Short lived battery
I purchased this hooverboard a few years ago and the battery died within 3 mos. Didnt look into a new battery until recently. The company is no longer manufacturing this particular hoverboard so good luck if you are buying it now as they stated they have no replacement parts.
