I have relied on this Dr. Natura product for many years. When I'm constipated, I drink a cup of the tea at night and usually have a movement before noon the next day. Though it doesn't taste bad, I add a little honey to the tea. I have never had any cramping. I always make sure to take 2 or 3 bags with me when traveling. A little expensive but worth it to me.

I keep this product in stock! Especially for the days I feel bloated or haven’t used the bathroom. I drink the tea at night and the next morning I am not bloated and it’s worked its way through my system so I am not waiting around to use the bathroom. Never catches me off guard.

Good tea

I have always resisted these type of teas because the ones I tried before had a dirty taste, and seemed to be too harsh.I bought this the first time about a year ago and never used it or even opened it. For some reason, I decided to give it a try about a month ago. I followed the instructions: short brew-time the first few days, then a little longer brew-time after that. I was very pleasantly surprised that it has a soft mint flavor which tasted good (with a teaspoon of added maple syrup), didn't cause me any inside discomfort, and about six hours later worked in the exact normal way it should.I am only drinking it every couple days, because the "normal" effect seems to carry over to the next day or so.I will be ordering on a regular basis.

Very tasty! I have been buying this tea for several years. I do a fast once a month and drink this tea the night before my fast. I love how gentle it is on my tummy AND it tastes great - I don't add sugar to it and it has a slight licorice taste to it.

I use this product once per week to keep the pipes clean 😂 compared to others, the taste is good not too strong, and it does not cause cramping or bloating. I do not get the headache I’ve gotten from other products. It definitely works within 8 hours and does a thorough job but is not so strong you need to stay by the toilet all day.

I have been using Kleritea for years. It is a staple in my pantry. I do not have a very good digestive system and when I need to make myself go, I drink my tea before bed and the next day I’m able to go and feel so much better. No uncomfortable stomach pains that make you go, but a normal stimulation to go.

I've used this on occasion for several years now and it works as advertised! It provides overnight relief and you will be skipping around a little lighter before mid-morning. One thing I would change is the price; it is a little spendy.
