Transportation: A Global Supply Chain Perspective

We used this book, fairly often for Daniel L. Rust's class at UW-Superior. I thought the book was fairly comprehensive, with good examples, and real-world historical accuracy, as well as complete guides on how airlines/airports work. Still, there could be room for improvement, as I would have liked to have seen more pictures, and it could have delved a little deeper into how airports actually run, but for the beginnings of Air Transportation Management, this was the book to have to guide us through the course.

A nice hard back book I need for school. Decent price as well.

This book is a great resource when preparing for your CLTD Certification through APICS. It has excellent and in depth transportation study material that the student needs to learn and retain.

I know it is a rental but this book is in terrible shape, it feels like the entire book was dumped in a pool and dried under a heat lamp. Makes it difficult to flip between pages

Not a bed-time read... purchased for one of my SMT courses. Lots of information and case studies to go through.

I purchased the book for my college course. Flow of content is overall good. Chapter 4 could have been written more clearly. It is very difficult to understand.
