+30 years and cant be without it. This tea does what it says. I eat what I want i just learned to do portion control. If you have a hard time going or suffer with painful hemmoriuds this will ease when you "go". i assume i was wrong i thought this came with malva verticillata has some health benefits google online senna has none except a lax effect however in combo for detox with lots of water there are no abs cramps i get from senna ....
