One of my favorites
It is so hard to find the DVD that includes the belt. Mine was worn out and had to buy a two pack to get it. Have not tried the DVD for hips and thighs but the one with the walk belt is one of my favorites!! You get to choose wheter to walk 1, 2, or 3 miles. Warm up then Fast paced and then cool down. Great .
