Just the thing!
I do love Anchor Hocking products - they are well designed, easy to handle and practical. This big 3 litre dish is large enough for roasting, to use as a serving dish, or to make cinnamon buns and other treats. A lot of US baking recipes call for a 9" x 13" dish and this is just the ticket. Thank you, Amazon - it arrived well packaged and in perfect order.
