got it for my parents and set the alarm for them for daily medications. It’s amazing how small gadgets such as this can make life easier.Fact that it can be taken apart easily makes it more portable and carry only your daily medications.Built from strong plastic.Hope this was helpful on ur decision.

This product is quiet, and difficult to set. Half the time, if the alarm works at all; I can't hear it. I still relief on my cellphone alarms. If I knock it down, pills go everywhere and sometimes the batteries fall out. Oh yeah resetting it is no simple task either. I really was dissapointed because I really thought it would be helpful for me with remembering my dementia medicine.

This thing is so cool with it's easily detachable compartments and programmable alarms. I have a couple of medications I have to take at exactly the same time every day or I get sick and this makes me get up to my pills to turn it off instead of me mindlessly turning off a phone alarm and forgetting.

Alarm stopped working after 2 months. Clock still works but is extremely imprecise. I've had to adjust the time twice in only 2 months. I also have found that I don't like the way it comes apart so easily.

I ordered for my mom due to the alarm to remind her to take her medication. I liked the brightness of the container, big enough to hold all of her medication.The alarm is hard to get set up. I had it set for 8:30 am but it went off at midnight. Tried several times. She finally just took the battery out. But it still reminds her because she can’t ignore the case it’s self.

Thought this would be a great gift, but it was complicated on figuring out how to set the timer. But each box holds several pills

So the pill case itself is very well made, I like that you can take an individual day off the rack for on the go days, but the whole point of the thing, the timer, doesn't work. I've changed the batteries multiple times. Mine is just a lemon. I would send it back but I already threw away my old pill case becauss I thought this one was working. But it never kept time.

The compartments are totally square, no curved side to help you get the pills out, the timer section fits on the end only if you have pm facing you. Seems backwards to me. Will not use
