I have used both the super bio-curcumin from Life Extension and switched to this version about a year ago since it costs less. Both have helped me quite a bit. I had one knee replaced several years ago, and they suggested I had the other one done too. I started taking this and my knee pain has virtually disappeared. That's my personal experience. I have recommended this to others who have had good results as well.

After many years of abuse in the gym, playing sports, and working, I have underwent multiple knee surgeries resulting in constant pain and stiffness in both knees. I bought this product in an effort to put off knee replacement for a few more years. It took about 2 weeks of use and started noticing less pain and more flexibility. I have now been taking this for six months and don't plan of stopping. The pain is so minimal now, I don't even notice it. I am back biking and working out again and could not be happier with the results.

The product gets five stars and Amazon gets one. After being diagnosed with cancer the Life Extension wellness advisor highly recommended this product, the sooner the better. Since Labor Day was coming up I checked Amazon and they promised a Sunday delivery. After Amazon delayed the delivery of the order for some vague reason I don't remember I cancelled it and ordered it again. When the second delivery got delayed I tried to cancel the order and they wouldn't let me. I finally received it several days later than they said I would. After inspecting the product I noticed that the front label has a razor cut through the product name similar to the old cut-out packages I used to see which makes me wonder if it's even a genuine item. When I tried to return it Amazon told me it's not returnable. For a company that makes it's living selling mail order and charges quite a bit to do it Amazon isn't very good at it. In the future I will be ordering all of my Life Extension products from the source.

Update:I’ve had to update this review. The sterate in these caused me some issues. I really thought that since it’s vegetable sterate it would not bother me, but it’s all the same it seems. Too bad.I didn’t know if this would work but I figured it was worth a try. I usually have sensitivities to whatever they put in supplement capsules and end up having to throw them away. Well, I didn’t have to do that with this product. I feel that life extension products have saved my life on a number of occasions especially after a surgery and major drop in estrogen. I have fibromyalgia and asthma. Those are my major ailments at the moment. I had a persistent cough that NEVER went away and this is no exaggeration. My chest would hurt terribly and the medications, inhalers, etc didn’t stop the coughing. I didn’t think this would stop the coughing. I purchased it because of the fibromyalgia. It stopped the coughing and stopped the fibromyalgia pain. I really can’t believe it. I think this is the best curcumin you can buy. I didn’t have to worry about bioperine interfering with any medications because this doesn’t have it. I also don’t trust some of these other companies on Amazon that I’ve never heard of. I checked out one supplement company that had an item listed and found out they were bottling the supplement in their home right here in the city where I live! You can imagine my shock. What were the chances! Anybody can order a couple of bottle off of Alibaba, print some labels at home and repackage some supplements from China. That’s scary. Life extension is top notch.I hope they keep their quality, honesty, and integrity. That’s the only way to make steady money. Low quality and greed leads to quick money and a quick downfall too.
