Comfortable material awesome buy!
Absolutely love the material thought it would be stiff but it’s actually really stretchy! From reviews I thought would be to small for my thighs but they fit me perfect I don’t think I will have any problem working out or just doing daily errands with these on! Great buy!!

Take it from an engineer: 20.8 degrees of tilt
The board is great. Is strong and easy to use. The dimensions reported by the seller are slightly off. * The platform is 15 1/2" in diameter (not 15.7"). * When fully tilted to the side (so that the wood is touching the ground) it makes an angle of 20.8 degrees (not 15) with the ground. * The height is 3 3/16" inches (not 4").On carpet it is very easy so start there if your balance isn't good. On a hard tile surface I had no trouble with slipping even though the bottom is hard plastic. The rough surface on top is fine to use with socks.

Good but it is a small fit.
I immediately started using them when I got them. They stay in place and I sweat a little more where it's in place. Now I haven't seen any results yet. When it comes to tracking the inches I have lost. I workout 5 days a week. Now the only thing I didnt like about it is this. They run a little small. It barely fit around my arms and legs. I am not a big person either. Something to take into consideration.

Sturdy and fun!
Amazing and super sturdy board! I got this to help with my kids’ balance for their gymnastics classes and ended up using it for me too. It holds my husband and me with no problem and without any give or creaking, which makes me feel good. 😂Definitely a great investment and highly recommended!

Nice fit
This set is perfect during my exercise sessions. I feel supported and my muscles are warm right off. However I don't believe that these alone will help burn fat to shape your arms or thighs. With a combination of exercise, proper eating habits and lots of resistance training you may achieve your goal. I like them and will keep them just because they feel good.
