You know the flavor you're getting.
I recently bought some Taco flavoring from another company and it had a bitter taste to it. Let's just say my wife and I did not like it, so we went back to the old faithful which we like. I'm not sure why it is so hard to find a large container of this in our area but thanks Amazon!
