Q: Does this product have a distinct flavor? Why does it have a prop 65 warning?

This product has a light grassy/earthy flavor if taken by itself. If mixed with other ingredients like in smoothie, it would be masked. We include the prob 65 notice on our labels because the naturally occurring lead content in the spirulina. These levels are well below the FDA requirements and because occasionally the level will be above what prop 65 in California will allow we must put the label on in order to sell the product in California. The amounts are still below FDA requirements and safe to consume.

Not sure specifically...pretty sure it's on the label somewhere if you take the time to look

Q: Has spirilina and cholorila been tested for metals and toxins?

That I'm not sure of. You could probably message the seller and they could tell you.

Q: Why is there tapioca powder as the first ingredient? What is the purpose of adding tapioca powder?
