Almost like the real thing-great alternative.
Excellent product that exceeds expectations. Tastes almost like drinking a normal A&W root beer especially if you chill it or mix in a bottle then pour over ice for that real root beer feel. One packet has 2 grams of carbs and 10 calories in a 16.9 ounce bottle of water, the typical bottled individual plastic water size and typical individual plastic bottle size of soda that normally has about 55 grams of sugar and 200 calories, equal to 27.5 the times of carbs and 20 times the amount of calories. Do the math and you see it’s far healthier than real soda. Need to shake in bottle vigorously-stirring to won’t cut it. Looking forward to A&W Cream flavor-hopefully they’ll make it!

zero calorie root beer packets.
My husband and I have been cutting back on buying and consuming soda. We are both diabetic. So now we put these little packets in a glass of water to flavor the water and this way we drink more water. It is a lot more economical to buy these zero packet then buying soda!

Hydration goals acquired!
I love this stuff. Carbonated beverages of any kind hurt my stomach terribly. But I love root beer! So what’s a girl to do? The best part of a root beer float for me is the bottom part when the root beer is flat and the ice cream melted into it. So I do a glass of water, put in this mix, then add a splash of heavy whipping cream into it. Pretty easy to meet my hydration goals when my brain thinks I’m knocking back the best part of a root beer float!
