Size, thickness, firmness as per my liking, this pillow is very comfortable. Cool gel doesn't mean it will give you the feeling of Narayan tel, rather it will reduce the heat which is typical of any memory foam product. Bit pricy comparing to regular pillows but memory foam products stays for decades and becomes economical in long run.
