OK. I measured twice, bought larger than needed, and, uh... Getting these suckers on was my cardio today.One of my legs is, unbeknownst to me in 44 ears, apparently longer than the other or something. One side rolled painfully trying to get them up, and I wish there was a Tall version, begat they do not go from my ankles to my knees. If you need a Tall sized pant, these will not go all the way up or down.But, that said, they seem to offer good pressure. The top ridge, unlike regular knee highs, is strangely comfortable. If they don't roll, which I'll know in a few hours, then even if not perfectly long enough, will still suffice, I hope.Tldr: I wish they were true to fit and tall enough, but they're not uncomfortable for all that?

Product was not as described. I ordered for my father who is suffering with excessive swellings on both legs. First time I ordered 6xl, but he received 4xl. Customer service representative told me that they do not have 6xl, when the company advertised that they did. I then ordered 5xl, but the size was so, so small, probably will be good for a teenager or for the skinny adult. Please do not waste your money, you will face the same experience as I did. UPDATEWow! I am in love with these. Lately, due to COVID I have been watching monitors at my nursing job and have to sit for hours. Before, even if I put my legs up, I would be swollen and it would be very painful. I have not had pain since using these. I am going to order more and try the full sock because my feet get swollen a bit too, but these are going to be great for if I am wearing flats. I do have to adjust them at times if they are putting too much pressure on one spot or they slide down, but that would be with any compression garment.OG ReviewTrue to size. I got a 5x. I have big legs and venous issues. I’ve had a varicose veins that have ruptured (not in my lower leg but I do develop them) They are long and go over my ankles to my foot like a TED. Which I personally like. I wasn’t expecting much because nothing fits my legs including pant legs that are too narrow. But it fits and it feels good and my legs aren’t aching. I can’t wait to try them during my nursing job. If you’re on the fence just give it a try because it’s better than paying 60$ for one pair. Now I don’t have to worry about varicose veins swelling up and lowers the risk of blood clots.

I have Primary Lymphedema in my right leg, from the knee down, so my leg is abnormally swollen with fluid, and is fairly larger than my other leg. I bought these compression socks to help with the fluid retention. I purchased a 5x, and I can barely get it to stretch over my foot, let alone, over my leg. It is definitely NOT a 5x. I had my friend try them on, who has normal sized calves, and even he couldn't get it up over his calf.

These would be very nice if there was more ‘give’ at the top. The top is to tight and it won’t stay in place but rolls down, making them even more uncomfortable. The top feel like a tourniquet.

I finally found compression sleeves that fit!!!!!!! My ankles are normal size but my leg balloons out to about 18 inches right above the ankle and gets bigger as you go up my calves. The top of my calves are about 26 inches. I have tried several brands and they are not wide enough. The only bad thing is that now that I’ve found a 6xl that fits so nice, I can’t find that size anymore. I wanted a couple more pairs and in different colors, if available, but the biggest size I find is a 5xl, which I ordered thinking it might fit with some struggling but nope.

Like other reviewers, I experienced some discomfort with these sleeves rolling down. Please take the time to properly don and wear the sleeves correctly. It took about 3-4 days wearing these sleeves to reduce the swelling. And then I was able to fully pull up the sleeves to just below the knees, and then they stopped rolling down. Watch the video and invest the time in learning how to wear these. I took my cloth tape measured and ordered the appropriate size via the instructions on the Amazon order page. These sleeves have made a very positive impact on my daily routine. My calves feel great all day. I will admit I ordered these thinking they were socks, but I now prefer to wear the sleeves. These are pricy but I am pleased with the results. They will probably last 3-4 months with regular wear, but worth the price for the results. I ordered an extra pair.

I love these, they wash well but I suggest air dry, best compression sleeves I have ever had. It's hard to find compression sleeves for people who are large and have large calves, thanks.

There are better, less expensive alternatives. Going to stick with them.

I bought 3XL and they are too small for me. My partner has normal sized calves and they fit him perfectly. I won't send them back because of the hassle of paying for shipping back to the USA - so I paid almost 50 dollars for no socks. Very disappointed :(
