This worked as a perfect skining knife! Let my kid use it on his first Elk. Hardly had to worry about him cutting himself or slipping through the hide. You definitely still need one other knife or gut hook to split the hide to start.

This is the sharpest knife I’ve ever used. I was accidentally cutting through a large boar’s tough hide it is so sharp. The angle of the blade is perfect for skinning/fleshing.It’s my go-to skinning knife from here on out.

El mejor cuchillo para pelar patas de vacas o toros en fábricas o mataderos de ganado, especialmente, depende el tipo de trabajo aveces son mejores nuevos o en otras ocasiones como las patas es preferible que esté un poco gastado de tamaño por esa razón no le doy un cinco pero es un cuchillo que se puede ajustar a cualquier trabajo en un skinned line y es duradero si lo usas correctamente y sabes mantenerle el filo.
