Supco SH502 a life saver
It’s great, I got tired of using hair dryer to melt ice on the upper side causing the fan to stop working, it’s ridiculous to be doing this every 2 or 3 weeks. So far so good, crossing my fingers to hope it lasts for a while. One thing for sure is, I’ll never buy a Samsung refrigerator again.

Good
I use these for drains in commercial freezer cases. They are dependable and work well.

Solved my freeze up.
Bottom line up front, installed on December 7th 2023 and as of May 7th 2024 it has worked flawlessly. My Samsung fridge would freeze up every three weeks or so for about a year. I lived with it because I always had a clean and organized fridge, which actually was quite nice. When I missed the sound of the ice building up and was away for the weekend, the fridge got to room temperature and spoiled everything in it. This had mixed reviews of not lasting very long, but it's worked great for me and if I have to replace it every year, its at least 10 times more efficient than not having it. I'm very satisfied with the product and how it's worked. It's been awhile since I installed it but I remember thinking it was slightly more complicated than I expected. I think it was something to do with crawling in the fridge to connect the new wire to the old one at the most optimal spot.

SAMSUNG Fridge Bandaid!!.
So far So Good !...I installed this as part of the Samsung refrigerator repair I saw on U Tube....My Fridge would ice Up every month and after 12 months of Defrosting with my heat Gun, I pulled the trigger and installed the sepco Heater with a couple of pieces of thermal Tape....It's been a little over a month and it seems to be working...of Course 'I just Jinxed myself.....but I'm a big fan of this Fix...and Still am putting my name on the Samsung Class action Lawsuit for buiding Such a faulty product!! with no attempt at rectifying the ice ups!

Good heater kit
Good heater kit, I got this to fix the problem on my Samsung fridge that had the ice buildup problem in the evaporator fan area, I been wondering why sometimes in the nights I heard clicking noise from the fridge and ended up discovering a ice ball behind the plastic cover. Is easy to install but it would be better if they include everything needed to install this part, you will need a few heavy duty zip ties and in my case I always keep positap connectors at home so was easy to me to get everything installed in under 5 minutes.Don’t forget to check YouTube videos for the instructions because this were missing from the manufacturer of this kit.

Fingers crossed
Used this as a hack for Samsung fridge that keeps freezing up. Decided to do this as a last option before I replace it. I have nothing to loose at this point. It was easy to do and so far has been successful. I had already replaced temp sensor and heating coil and the drain thing. I also silicone seeled the ice maker. Trying to make sure ice maker gets turned off when full.
