I am absolutely loving my purchase -- my upper cervical portion of my neck feels so much relief. I'm extremely pleased. My neck has had about a 50% improvement in just a few days -- after months of severe pain.In days gone by I worked in an office at desk with a large monitor on it. Then covid hit and I worked from home, usually at my dining room table with a large computer screen. About six months ago I moved into a smaller place and started working from my recliner with a laptop literally on my lap. That caused me to tuck in my chin and look down for hours at a time -- eventually causing terrible pain in my neck.

Don't buy this one. Every time I try to pump it up the pump ball blows off the hose and you never get that pulling feeling like it shows in the videos. Oh and the velcro strips that hold it together do not hold good enough for it to work.

This thing does not work for it's intended purpose, there is no traction. Actually, if you scroll down to the manufacturer's info, it is not called a cervical traction device, rather a travel neck pillow. There is no adjustability to fit to one's contour, and, for me, it just creeps over my face and squeezes the cheeks. But it is useful for keeping the head from falling backwards, and a little helpful also from keeping the head from falling to the sides. Need to use two clips at the front for keeping it under the chin. On the positive side, it does not leak, it stays inflated, and it is pleasant quality material. UPDATE: Really good as a travel pillow, both in airplane and in car, even without the clips on a healthy neck. I got some solid sleep with this and no pain or discomfort at all when I woke up.

Like for comfort but very cheaply made

My family has a history of disintegrating intervertebral discs. This device is no cure, but gives me relief after a hard day holding my head up. I have also used this on airplane flights. The extra head support helps make a five hour flight bearable. My chiropractor advised me to make sure the item is firmly under my chin. Before getting maximum inflation/traction, use a mouthpiece to prevent teeth grinding. I suggest consulting a doctor to make sure you are using it correctly.

It does feel good for a stiff neck or an arthritic neck but it loses air. And if you have arthritic or painful hands or no grip strength, it's hard to squeeze the pump. And the Velcro doesn't feel good against the skin.

The first time I opened it and used it, it popped and split in half. It was pretty scary. Not a good product and definitely not worth the money. I would never recommend this.

i constantly have neck pain watching tv , so i put on the neck traction , my pain went awayit really works for me . for $15 thats a bargain , i recommend this for everyonei didnt hear any cracks, but the pain went away

Un aparato agradable y práctico para descansar ,pero no para liberación cervical o estiramiento del esternocleidomastoideo. Le falta un poco de tensión.pero por el precio,es para un buen descanso
