I wanted to buy something that would replace using aluminium foil and baking sheets, so food doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan (easy clean up). I also feel like I am wasting less parchament paper and aluminum foil.These fit right into the 9X13 metal pans that I use to make baked goods, and also for cooking other items. I was worried that I would need to cut to fit.Since there is a pack of 3, I can use them on my large cookie sheets when I am making cookies or baked good.

Very nice. I use these in my smaller pans forthe toaster oven. Thry certainly beat throwing away money on parchment paper and foil.

These baking mats fit quarter sheet pan's they save lots of time not having to cut parchment paper to fit, I use them all the time

I have not used them yet but I’m glad to have them for when I do! Until they are recalled lol. I believe they are safe for health to use them while baking.

For cakes: parchment paper is much more effective. Even with cooking spray my cakes stuck to these mats, and I have to slide a sharp knife between the mat and the cake to get a clean bottom. I'm sure these mats have many uses other than cakes, but if you're a baker, stick with parchment.

I was TIRED of cleaning my dirty baking sheet with food stuck all over it and most of the metal sheet was half to nearly burned. Even using aluminum foil over the baking sheet didn't help. When I bought these silicon sheets, WOW what a difference!! I could stick my pastry on the sheets without them sticking to the sheets. The sheets were strong enough that they did NOT fall thru my toaster oven racks. I wasn't burned since the sheets were cool to the touch. I could easily turn the pastries over with long tongs WHILE BAKING since they didn't stick to the sheets. Cleaning them was a snap with just a wet toilette and barely any food stuck to them!! 4 sheets is a steal since I only need one sheet for my own personal needs. They're a real value, baking-wise & money-wise.
