Effective in providing the BRF required, more so for arms than legs. The legs one are too stretchy to provide effective partial occlusion but not completely useless.

Took a bit to get use to you will deffiently be a little sore at first but these give you a great pump with a lower weight but be careful and only use them for aprox 10 mins and about a 1/3 of your max weight you will notice the improvement very fast

ゴム製バント4本、腕用２本、足用２本、ゴムで閉めても、緩すぎて加圧ベルトならず、トレーニングには、無理だと思い断念しました。以前使っていたベルトバントはぎゅーっと絞められる感じがあり、加圧感もあり、効いている事が実感出来たので、今回の製品は、残念でたまりません。
