For anyone with Covid or a flu virus this works quickly to reduce symptoms.Used and worked AMAZING for treatment of Covid. Works for head and chest colds and bronchitis also. Trial studies have been done on Covid using BSO (Nigella Sativa) and honey. Proved to reduce Covid symptoms BY 6-7 days from 13 or more.My only symptoms while taking BSO (and got a positive Covid test) were runny nose and mild headache for a few days.
