Q: Can this hold snacks and phone?

This version is our smallest option, so it's not going to hold a massive amount of extra gear, but the side pocket easily holds a phone, keys and very small items and there is enough room in the main body of the bag to pack some additional items, including snacks. It is not however going to hold what a backpack would in addition to the water bladder.

Q: How do you clean the tube? I took it off but i cannot suck water through it. The mouth piece doesn't look like i can thoroughly clean it.

When I first got mine I had trouble getting the water to flow through. I did not realize the mouthpiece is supposed to be pulled out a little bit to allow the water to flow. When it's pushed back in it's designed to prevent water from leaking, but it will also prevent you from drinking.

It’s like a small backpack. Would fit perfectly and straps are adjustable

Q: what holds up the water bladder?

Do you mean inside the hydration pack? The bladder itself holds it's form somewhat when full. In addition there's a velcro clip at the top to hold it in place.
