Great reference on Bach’s! This stuff works very well for a lot of emotional problems.My favorite is White Chestnut for unwanted thoughts.

I don't usually describe books as "the only one you will ever need on the subject..." but in this case, I really mean it. I have read a number of books on Bach Flower Essences since I first became enamored of them in college in the 1980s. But I have found nothing in any other book on the subject that is not contained here-- and in most cases, is written more beautifully and clearly here than elsewhere. Though called an "Encyclopedia"-- and it IS encyclopedic in the amount of material it covers-- it is by no means written in the form of dry facts, but in a very warm, personal, and uplifting style that enables you to truly get to know and befriend the Bach flower remedies and their system of usage. Reading the book is almost a healing experience in itself. As I read it I find myself feeling calm, inspired, and grateful for the magnificent yet simple system of flower healing that Dr. Bach developed and this author so elegantly explains. I have many books on Bach flowers, but this is the only one I keep in my professional office as a reference.

Love this book. I purchased it a while ago and just started reading it. Amazing and powerful information and is really fun to read. Extremely educational. Plus, it is exceptionally well written. Highly recommend!!!

I love this book! I owned it once before...but someone else loved it to..and kept it. A lot of people with troubled minds and or anxiety(which we all go through at some point in our lives) tend to feel they have to be medicated to get through their troubles....and in the end suffer from bad side effects or addiction. This book along with the remedies has and still does, helped me through some hard times. When I was first introduced to the Bach flowers my boyfriend of many years had passed away. These remedies helped me greatly through my grief, and I was able to continue on through life during the tragedy without depression, and with a clear mind. Two years later my practitioner suggested this book(the only one she uses). I purchased the book and started working with the remedies as well. All I can say is that the book along with the Bach flowers have been life changing!

It’s not the greatest book out there, but it is a good resource if you are a beginner and working with the power of Bach flower essences. Highly recommend for beginners. You will not be disappointed in your studies. However, there are good websites and much more information available on The Internet.I found this book very helpful in the beginning and I still use it as a reference. It’s not quite as detailed as I would like, but more than adequate as you begin your studies. You will not be disappointed.
