And when I make meals for my friends, they comment on it as well.Now chemically salt is salt, but it’s the way it’s delivered to the dish and your mouth that makes a difference. And these flakes are just so perfectWhat’s interesting is that I think I’m using salt more in my dishes, but I’m using less salt when I do. I’ve even gifted a few to my culinary friends who have also mentioned how nice of a salt it is.Given that salt is a foundation for any kitchen, it’s time to move well beyond the basic table salt to something that truly enhances your dishes without overpowering them. If you like one of the other flavors, please try this. If you're trying their salt for the first time, try the licorice salt. I put the licorice salt on everything. Fruit, salads, cottage cheese, put it on sweet things to give it that salty sweet flavor. It does not taste like licorice, I don't particularly care for black licorice, and I love this salt. it tastes like nothing I've had before. I put it in my husband's Valentine's basket 2025 because I usually get him black licorice and thought I'd spice it up a bit. Glad I did! Back for more and trying to decide which other one to add to my cart. I think the size is perfect, the jar design is cool, and handy to have on the counter.

Amazing finishing salt. This was the solution I sought. A great salt flavor without being overwhelming. This is the perfect finishing salt for steak, tomatoes, and really anything you want to put salt on. Highly recommend.

This is absolutely my favorite tasting salt, and tests show it is low on lead and other heavy metals, and I've heard that it still had a lot of minerals in it. It is difficult to find any salt that is low heavy metals while still having high mineral content. Himalayan and celtic tend to have pretty high amounts of lead.My only complaint is that it is spendy for what you get. I wish there was a bigger container you could buy for less money but there doesn't seem to be. I've checked their site.So unfortunately I've switched to a different low heavy metals salt but still would like to keep some of this stuff around.
