I was GBS positive last pregnancy and really disliked the IV antibiotics that they gave while I was in labor. For me, they really burned and I didn’t really know the risks of antibiotics while in labor until afterwards. For this pregnancy, I really wanted to pass my test. I did my research and found that probiotics could help. I figured, even if I failed, I at least attempted trying something. I choose this brand and started them at about 23 weeks along. Well… just received test results (37 weeks) and I’m negative! I’m thrilled! While it’s not a totally conclusive that the probiotics influenced the negative result, I believe they were worth the expensive. I’ve definitely had minimal GI issues this pregnancy and would add these to my cart should I get pregnant again.

I would highly recommend these probiotics. They are shelf stable and boast 20 billion CFU. The inclusion of prebiotic fiber and 16 probiotic strains, including Lacto and Bifido, is a bonus. The fact that they're Non-GMO is the cherry on the top. I've been taking these for a while and they've been really helping with my gut health and regularity. I can definitely tell a difference.

First off, the bottles were changed recently (confirmed on the manufacturers website) so if anyone is like me and wondered why their order looks different, that's why.Second, this has been a good product for indigestion during pregnancy and bloating. I also feel like it helps keep me regular.

I have never been a regular bowel movement person my whole life until I started these daily when I was post partum. I was desperate. No stomach ache, no loose stools. Best value I’ve come across thus far. I’ve even tried seed!!! Half the price of that. Do it people.

My feedback is really positive because this product delivers on its promises. The 20 billion CFU, coupled with the prebiotic fiber, has been beneficial. The presence of both Lacto and Bifido strains makes it versatile. Its hypoallergenic nature and being gluten-free, it's perfect for sensitive individuals like me. The two-in-one feature is a real game-changer! Absolutely love it.

So far these are great, I especially love the small size to swallow. It is a big container for the amount given which is kind of wierd but they are good.
