Recently I used these carbamide forte omega 3 vegetarian capsules, I can’t say much about long-term benefits yet, but I do feel my focus has improved slightly. Hoping it helps with skin and hair as well! The only downside is that it’s a bit pricey compared to fish oil options, but since it’s completely plant-based, I feel it’s worth it.
