Amazing slicing tool for any cook. Slicing is fast, uniform, easy to set up and clean up. I am very impressed with this mandoline slicer. I currently have a different mandoline but I need to glove up to use it and I need a large working surface to be covered to catch slices therefore I use it reluctantly. This is definitely an upgrade replacement I have been using in my cooking daily if not several times a day due to ease of operation. Definitely recommend.

I bought one similar from a different brand but the thing I disliked the inability to switch out the blades was fixed with this purchase. This also means I can get a better clean once I am done with it the only downside I can say is the handle that moves the blade could use improvement sometimes it stops my chop and I have to push harder or have to pull the handle back to the original position but other than that it gets the job done cuts my time in the kitchen down and is much safer.

I’m the cook in the house so spend a lot of time chopping things! I love making super thin slices of cucumbers in my salads and this makes quick work of julienne veggies too. I ended up buying another one for my bff for Christmas and she loves hers as well! I’ve had mine for about a year no issues except it it got run through the dishwasher so the little slot where the veggies get held was run through the dishwasher and melted :( I reached out to the seller to see if they sold parts, which they don’t and is entirely understandable. Seller however offered me a very nice deal on a replacement that I wasn’t expecting at all so I am even more happy!

I like the overall design but the blade insert is not designed well. The blades can be easily inserted wrong way and then once you push down, it will get stuck. I just ordered a 2nd one, It was my fault, I should have tested it before cutting. Once the handle is stuck, I was not able to raise it.After inserting the blade, pull the handle down gently and if it doesn't go all the way down smoothly, then your blade may be in the wrong position.The catching tray doesn't catch 100% and your counter will get messy.

I like this for slicing vegetables and meat what I didn't like was all the blades don't have numbers on them but I guess it's okay just need to look at the gap of the blades to see how thick the slices will be on a personal note it's really great to make hashbrowns potatoes in the mornings.

It is a piece of junk. It broke the second time I used it. I tried to take it apart to repair, so poorly designed and made. Wish I never purchased it. I was so excited to use it but quickly realized I had wasted my money. If you watch the video you will see the girl struggle to take part. I struggled just to put the holder on to insert cucumbers. Stay away!

I was very impressed with how solid this slicer was. The big handle made it easy to operate, even when finally slicing big carrots. The "pusher" keeps fingers away from the sharp parts.Slicing up a bunch of celery for salads or meatloaf is a breeze. Yes, I could use get out a knife and cutting board for that, but this was much quicker and safer. Making fine carrot slices for a carrot cake (yum) would be a lot harder with a knife but this makes quick work of it.

I love this chopper. I can prep for soups quickly. My only issues is I recommend you buy a flexibly cutting board and put it under it as some of the smaller chopped items will fly between the catching container and the chopper main board. This will make it easy to get and put it into your pot.When this chopper wears out I will buy another. Just wish it had some larger slicing options.
