I love this ponytail, it gets tangled up after a while but all synthetics do. I’ve used it for quite some time though and got so many compliments it looks great! Love love lovee

First look upon opening the packaging, it was perfect! It had kinks from being folded, but nothing a little steam couldn’t fix. I wore it for a drag show, and upon arriving to the venue it started to rain and instantly, it got extremely tangled and wavy.. which is expected with ANY hair - real or synthetic. It was more frustrating because there was nothing I could do, but ultimately it wasn’t the products fault (You can see the difference in the hair between the pink picture and the show picture). The reason why I gave the item 4 stars is because upon arriving back at the hotel, I soaked it in a conditioner bath to detangle it, and it was ruined. Maybe it was my fault, or maybe the hair was just too long to detangle but good lord… that was rough! If you intend on using it for anything more than a photo shoot make sure you take the best care of this hair! For a one night, one look kinda deal, no need to look any further. This extension piece is perfect for what you’re looking for!

The overall application of the product is super easy and surprisingly the hair actually stays in pretty well. The color for me appeared a lot brighter online versus the tone down version I received. I'd say this hair is not overly soft and the ponytail isn't the thickest so you will have to keep that in mind and brush the hair out frequently for any tangles. Obviously with this type of hair I wouldn't put too much emphasis on long-term quality but after only a few wears the bottom of the hair did start to frizz out for me. Something that I haven't had with other ponytails like this one.

I bought this product multiple times over the course of a year. It functions just like you'd expect with synthetic hair. It's best to keep it combed and stored untangled before next use. I'd give it 5 stars but the product has changed. The color under the listing #4 used to be black, like my hair. However they have changed it so that the product is a dark brown. You can tell in the photos the product #4 is no longer black. If you have black hair like I do this won't be a match. I'm on to searching for other sellers who have a match for my hair color.

This ponytail is beautiful!!! It's exactly what I wanted!!! I especially like the fact that it's bone straight, and it's the right length and it's also soft in texture; yet thin, and I bought a 1b and it's so rich in color!!! It tangles slightly but you could easy untangle it with your fingers; and it was a great buy too!!!

Bought one in august and loved it, wore almost everyday from august to November, it survived a 4 day rock festival where it got pulled out 2 different times while I was crowdsurfing but not easily. After that it was still in good condition but I decided to reorder and got a DIFFERENT pony, hair on it looked fake and the clip just wouldn’t stay, completely different quality and just bad. I keep ordering in hopes of getting the original product but 4 orders later and all the same bad quality compared to the first one I was sent. :(

It was very bulky at the ponytail area. I purchased due to having very thin hair and wanted thickness. It was thick, however I got black brown and it came more brown so be cautious with picking coloring. It came packaged in a net and bag so it stayed in place. Shedding was minimal.
