Easy to swallow and no bad taste. After taking these regularly you can feel the mood lift and energy boost. Would recommend for the way they have worked.Just don't take close to when you want to sleep as they do have have a real boost to your energy and get up and go.

As men age, their testosterone levels drop which can lead to a variety of problems. Keeping the T levels at optimal levels should be encouraged as it can stop some major issues associated with ageing and lower testosterone, cropping up.As someone who has been involved in the supplement business for many years, I usually suggest a dose of Tribulus. The problem with Tribulus in the UK is finding a potent and standardised product with a good quality active ingredient. The only one I trust is one made by Sophapharma and is made in Bulgaria to a pharmaceutical standard. Sadly this is no longer available in the UK (thank you Brexit). D Aspartic Acid is also very good at stimulating T, but it can lead to stomach cramping in those with IBS type problems. Fenugreek is excellent and it has a great dual effect at keeping Blood Sugars regulated, so for anyone with T2 Diabetes, fenugreek is a great addition. Panax Ginseng is also a good product to stimulate T.This product contains most of the ingredients I would want in a good T product including Fenugreek, Tribulus, Maca, Avena Sativa, and Ginko. It also contains garlic and watercress. So does it work? If you take this on a daily basis you should feel something. It took about 4 days for me to feel any effect. The problem is if you take a good multivitamin and some Tribulus, you will get the same effect and it is a lot cheaper. I am therefore not sold on this products Price/Effectiveness. I would buy Tribulus, DAA and a good Multi Vit over this product.

This is a nice blend of nutrients to support Men's Health.The nutrients can naturally support the body in building Testosterone but is not a magic bullet to increase the levels. You can use this along with other ways to naturally boost this.Aside from this, there are some good nutrients that can support with general energy and wellbeing. Overall it appears to be a good quality supplement. It has Gelatine so not suitable for Vegans/Vegetarians.

My husband found these capsules to have an strong and unpleasant odour which lingers on your hands after taking them.He noticed no particular benefits from taking them either.
