Unfortunately the lash curler did not work well on my lashes. I do the whole procedure of combing, curling a few times and head up when curling the lashes and after 2 hours, lashes go back to normal. Tried different mascaras and was hoping the combination of curling lashes and mascara would work - but nope. My journey continues to get these lashes to stay curled for at least 8 hours. After sharing my experience with the seller, they were gracious enough to respond and acknowledge me. They stood by their product and empathized with my challenging lashes. The seller was kind enough to offer me a refund and that is so thoughtful of them. I gave an extra star because of their customer service, which was professional and respectful

I wish the eyelash curler had a groove in the rubbery part. I feel like I can’t get quite as good a curl as I used to with other curlers. But it fits nice in my hand and doesn’t feel cheap. I like the brush.

None of my other eyelash curlers would hold the curl throughout the day but this one did. The brush is very good and it doesn’t hurt your lashes

Kinda curled weird and different than other curlers. At first they were hard to close but over time they became smoother and easier to use. Loved them. Make sure the rubber doesn’t fall away and change often. One time I didn’t check and it cut off my eyelashes to be so short.
