The advice is practical, relatable, and useful for everyone.I also appreciate that this calendar focuses on overall well-being rather than being religiously oriented, making it inclusive for all. As a wellness and fitness instructor, I love this product! I tried to purchase one for myself, but unfortunately, it’s currently out of stock. Good for daily inspiration and health tips
Good quality product for the price. Very sturdy frame and easy to use. This has been good for keeping daily inspiration. I look forward to turning the page every night because it helps me appreciate each day a little more and I get excited to learn a new fun fact about health. I like how the health tips are based on what time of year it is too.

Great calendar but…
Great quotes and tips. I wish they weren’t mostly about exercising and more about overall life. Rated low because the website doesn’t work that they always recommend. Not sure if the company no longer is in business or what. So it’s kinda useless since the whole thing isn’t all usable.
