Hey Ladies interested in ordering this garment. Here are some helpful things to note before ordering. For starters I would recommend this company again. The shipping was quick and I received my pkg in a timely manner. Matter of fact, one day before it was actually expected to arrive. It was packed properly and packaged as expected. The garment has a natural neoprene scent to it. So don't be alarmed, just hang it and allow it to air out. Now onto sizing. My waist is a 32/33 but my boobs are natural 36 DDD. This was my challenge coming in blinded not knowing which size to purchase. So I went two measurements up on the waist and chest. I could've pulled off a 3x but I prefer to have a nice fit over the boobs without forcing the zipper. The waist is a little big. In the back it's fitting a bit loose but I can almost guarantee sweat will still happen easily. I did assume it would cover the entire back (not have a racer back cut) . Everyone's body is different. Don't get caught up in the size being "too big" ....you want it to fit the first time and leave a lasting impression instead of you having to send it back.

Before purchasing this item I did read a lot of the reviews about sizing which was my biggest concern. I ordered 3X and I'm about size 14/16 and heavy chested. The 3X fits like a glove and keeps my boobs in place when exercising. The top part is a tank and the bottom is the sauna and it's adjustable to your waist line. I've been using mine for about a week now and have lost some inches. The only negative thing is that you cannot do a lot bending because it will roll up a little. Also I wanted it long enough to catch that lower stomach and it does so at least that can shrink too while I'm exercising.

I've been using this for over 1 month and wanted to give this an honest review. I ordered a Pink XL and fitted me snug in the chest like a sports bra ( Some context to my measurements, I'm 5.4", weigh 172 pounds, chest 36" size waist 30" )The xl was just right, and have been using the vest actively when I go out for runs. After 1 month I've already noticed a difference in my midsection that would normally not been seen unless I lost weight to 150. My upper chest is smaller, my waist is more trimmed and my stomach looks more toned. Definitely worth the purchase!

I ordered a larger Size figuring it would run small.The top portion I could not even get on.The shoulder width to small,the lower portion was fine. IT is in the donation box and has been since it arrived.

Arrived on time, fits snug in the waist but a bit loose in the body/under arm/upper waist area, could have went a size down but I will keep it as is because it allows room for me to wear a bra/sports bra and any type of shirt underneath if I choose. I'm 5'7" 186 lbs and I ordered the 10-12 size. I gave it 4 stars because I haven't used it yet, I literally received it 5 minutes before I wrote this review. I'll add to my review after I put this product to use. So far, I am happy with my purchase! 🤗😍

Compré la faja para hacer ejercicio y me encantó, es muy cómoda y me permite moverme libremente, la pedí en talla mediana y me quedó muy bien, de cintura mido 85cm y cadera 106cm, además de que las bandas en la cintura te dan soporte extra. Tengo un mes utilizándola y no ha presentado defectos o situaciones de mala calidad
