Fit & LeanMeal Shake, Fat Burning Meal Replacement, Protein, Fiber, Probiotics, Chocolate, 1lb, 10 Servings Per Container

I am 45 and I am getting back into shape. I wanted to try a protein shake to help lose weight and was on the healthier side. This shake does it all!! I got the vanilla flavor because its more versatile for what I want to do. I like adding fruits and sometimes peanut butter. If I want chocolate, just add cocoa powder. The taste is really good. Not chalky, not too strong in vanilla flavor and this is gluten free which I like because I'm cutting down on my carb intake. I highly reccomended trying it out. Definitely curves hunger (for me it did) and it fills you up.

The flavor is phenomenal goes down good with unflavored unsweetened almond milk

I just got this today and was excited to try it. The jar comes half empty, only 10 servings per jar which is approx. $2.50-3 per serving (not bad, but it's not the cheapest). I got the cookies n creme flavor, it's sweet, I'm surprised it says no sugars added because it's very sweet, but hey, I did not feel the need to eat in 7 hours, I felt full.It does make you gassy, stools come out softer, which is good for the constipated fellows.

It’s my fault for not checking coffee crumb flavor’s packaging. It’s 0.82 lb compared to cookies n’ cream 1 lb. Their scoops are different but I think coffee crumb’s scoop is just a bit wider. For the price of the coffee crumb, it’s kind of disappointing that it’s only 0.82 lb. However, it tastes amazing and it’s sweeter than cookies n cream, but they both taste good. I think I’ll stick with cookies and cream or if the other flavors also have a good deal, until the value for the money of the coffee crumb is better, in which I’ll give a better star rating, especially if all of the flavors get better price too.As for satiating hunger and losing weight, personally, I really like to eat and chew a lot. I get hungry again in about 2 hours so it’s really on me, but I like to believe it helps a lot as long as I have a little snack. I will update when I check my weight again next time. I have been eating a lot so I can’t get consistent results.

I just got the Fit and Lean I ordered and I couldn’t wait to try it. I got 2 flavors and this one is good , like the fact that I have a choice of using milk or water and I can add fruit. This evening I used water, ice and flaxseed put it in my Vita Mixer just to crush the fruit and ice so good. I love that the calories in it is Lower than the other that I drank for years. This is going to help with the last 60 pounds that I have to lose. Easy to mix and I’m full

I started this meal replacement shake about 2 days ago, Cookies and Cream which I actually like (some reviews said it was nasty tasting). I have used meal replacement shakes before with semi-ok results and no where near the reactions I'm experiencing. For whatever reason, I'm reacting very poorly with this item. Per the instructions, I'm mixing 2 scoops with 8 oz of unsweetened almond milk. I'm following a no dairy, no sugars outside of just eating fruit, no coffee, very little grains. I'm barely, sorry to be blunt here, eliminating. I am bloated to the point my abdominal area is extended and huge. Horrible headaches, joint pain, nausea, dizziness, flu-like symptoms. I clearly am heavier than when I started and feel horrible. I'm not entirely sure it's this product alone causing my reactions, but I'm certain it's a big contributor. I wanted to lose some weight not swell up! I'm drinking 12-14 glasses (8 oz each) of water and green tea (with some caffeine). I'm eating light, taking in good amounts of fiber and avoiding many things that are unhealthy to this process. I don't understand why I am having such a difficult time with this. I plan to finish the container to completion, unless the discomfort and pain increases, then I may not be able to. The manufacturer is great based on my experience. Yet, for whatever reason, I'm having a terrible time with this product. I'm open to hearing from others as I tried asking about this in the question area and my questions for whatever reason is not posting after several attempts. What am I doing wrong?Update - 8/9/22:I went back to this to see if I now may have better results with other improvements made. NOPE! This is certainly bloating me up, out and I'm not eliminating shortly after introducing this back into my meals (just after 2 days of consuming again). Other people are doing well with this product. It's terrible for me. Sorry. Never ordering again.

I started using the cookies and cream shake two weeks ago. I only replace breakfast with this shake and let me tell you, I have never felt so good in ages! I was diagnosed with PCOS and have been told I needed to change my lifestyle completely . I would work out and try eating right and nothing helped. Mornings I don’t usually eat breakfast because I’m nauseous all day. I started drinking one of these shakes for breakfast, instead of water I use unsweetened almond milk. It makes me feel full majority of the day. I don’t snack in between and I eat lunch which is usually a healthy soup or a grilled chicken salad. Then for dinner I do brown rice, veggies with some good protein like some chicken or fish. I lost 4 pounds so far and I haven’t been this happy in so long. This shake gives me energy for my work day, makes me feel full all day which helps me not overdue it for my other two meals. I would recommend this to everyone , the taste isn’t great but it definitely isn’t terrible . Your body will thank you for this trust me, I look forward to this shake every morning ...
