I bought this because of my present shortage of pots to handle a bigger load. My last dish of lamb ribs with onions, bell peppers, garlic, carrots, potatoes, and 28 oz tomato sauce and 3 cups wine did not fit into my big skillet, and I had to split it into two skillets. That worked fine, but I figured a bigger pot would have done better. So, I went online to buy this thing to not have to split them up again the next time.The description of the item's dimensions is 22W, 12.25 W, 6 H. It took me a while to figure this out just now. But, when I bought it, I was thinking that the pot was 6 inches deep, because of the "H" which is height I guess. Well, I took my ruler to it and measured everything. The depth of the pot is actually only 3.75 inches. However, the measurement from the bottom to the top of the pot with the lid on is 6 inches. It measures all the way to the top of the handled of the lid. So, actually, this pot is only 3.75 inches deep.I figure that the 22W is the length from the far end of the pot to the end of the handle. The 12.25 W is the only dimension that is absolutely accurate. It is the diameter of the pot.I still give 5 stars because for the price, this looks like a good pot that will work great. It is non-stick and heavy metal. It is solid and should last quite a while if kept properly. The lid and handle are superb. The handle could have been a little larger, but it is OK.I asked my wife if we could buy another one, but she said just wait until we need another one.

This pot is nice and big. Perfect for making bigger batches of food for the family. Washes well and we've had no issues.

I love this pan. It is deep and keeps splatters to a minimum. Excellent quality. Easy to clean.

It's a nice, large non-stick frying pan. It has a handle on one side which is very helpful if you don't have hero arm strength. It has a fitted glass lid with a plastic handle.When it heated up, the bottom surface became very slightly warped, so it wouldn't lay all the way flat with consistent contact across the bottom surface on my ceramic stove top. The heat still conducted well, but it's worth mentioning that it wobbled a bit. It cools flat again.It is a good affordable option, especially considering the size. It's not professional grade. But it's a good value at this price range.

It's really oversized for washing in my kitchen split-sink. Much easier to toss it into the dishwasher. Only one spot in the dishwasher big enough for a pan this big. Plus, the massive handle requires strategic nudging into place. But, the no-stick pan comes out spotless.And you have to love its tall wall. The pan comfortably delivers two extra-large portions of popcorn.I got an aftermarket, 12 inch, glass pan cover which has silicone rubber around the circumference and a vent hole in the middle of the glass, which I prefer over the glass cover included with this pan. At least, as far as popcorn is concerned, which requires venting the steam as the popcorn pops. A stew or a large amount of leftover Chinese food won't need the vent hole. Once you've had a glass frying pan cover, you won't go back to opaque metal, at least until Scotty invents Transparent Aluminum. The glass lid with the vent hole is Amazon item # B00FZH3WAS. It's a beast.I object to directions on frying pans that say to avoid high heat. Therefore, I ignore such directions, and I make popcorn all the time using the biggest burner of the glass-top stove turned up to High Max. After a couple of dozen batches, the pan still lays flat on the glass-top stove, unwarped. And still non-stick. Will keep you informed.By the way, I recommend silicone rubber spatulas for the delicate stick-free surface. Use one for fantastic scraping the no-stick pan clean, or use two for tossing. A nice set of 4 silicone spatulas is Amazon item # B07FXPDZH4. I got two sets.

Nice frying pan will be great for cooking large meals.

This was one of those things that I wasn't sure how big it would actually be. I just wanted a large non stick skillet with high sides, since my small/ medium pans were limiting.I can make corned beef and cabbage with potatoes with room to spare, as well as other 1 pot family meals.This is a family size pan. It's overkill for a family of 2 but it sure makes linguine clams a snap.Turkey legs anyone? Frying a whole chicken?The "helper handle" isn't just for looks...Not to be overlooked: The non stick surface makes cleanup a breeze.
