If you want a straight forward inexpensive, durable, water-proof, bass boosted speaker, this is it. For a $40 speaker, it's great quality.Sound: As advertised, it's heavy on the bass, but not so much that you can't watch a movie laying in bed and not pass out to a movie, at low volume. It's loud enough to blast music while hanging out with a group of friends, and it can be heard pretty loud over the chatter. It's nothing crazy, but pretty impressive.Battery Life: I think it died on me once, and that was from leaving it unplugged for somewhere 5-7 days. I use it for about 5ish hours a day on average.Waterproof: Yep. I accidentally knocked it into my bathtub while the water was showering onto it. Barely a scuff, and it kept on playing.App: It's not compatible with the ANKER app because it's an older modelConnections: bluetooth and auxilaryControls: On the box itself it's buttons, no touch buttons or anything, but you can of course adjust the volume on from your deviceIt's a great straight forward speaker. Unless you're looking for something a little more flashy, with more advanced features, This is a good deal, especially for today's standards.

This is a great speaker, nicely balanced, excellent value. Long battery life. Does Loud well (but if you top it off you'll get some distortion). User friendly. Volume control on speaker (not a feature many others have). Compact (not the smallest but smallest we found comparable with larger speakers - after Extensive comparison shopping, we returned some Big Names). This is our travel speaker. Love it.

I use this for my desktop and quality is great for it's small size. I love Anker products, they have not failed me so far and I've had some of their products for almost ten years! It's very easy to use and can easily transition via Bluetooth from desktop to my phone or vice versa. I'll blast music on this while I'm cooking and it's fantastic, filing the whole house with music. You can also use the speaker while charging. I've never had to time how long I can use it for without charging but I think about 6-8 hours at least. I also don't generally use it constantly at maximum volume either so it's hard to tell how long a full charge really lasts. The texture on this is like that of silicone so there's enough grip where it shouldn't slip from your fingers while moving it around, which I really like. All in all, a good, small, portable speaker for my use.

The sound quality is good for the price. I haven't tested it at full volume; I basically use it just for myself. The battery lasts a long time; I've used it for over 24 hours, and it's still working perfectly. I bought it thinking I'd be able to hear the stereo effect, but I think that was asking too much from such a small speaker. Perhaps pairing it with another speaker could achieve that effect. Overall, I'm satisfied with the build quality and sound, except for the fact that it's not stereo; that's why I only gave it 4 stars.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought this wireless Bluetooth speaker for audio output on my new mini-PC. I was not looking for great audio quality, but a decent speaker that I could use for computer gaming and YouTube videos. At $30, this was a great price point with decent sound quality for what I needed. Bluetooth connection works great, the rubberized-plastic housing is durable and water-proof, and the size is small fitting underneath my 27-inch monitor. Overall, happy with the purchase and the sound quality. I have not tested the advertised built-in microphone, so I do not know how well it might work for improved audio on cell phone calls.

A great speaker, sound is clean and hold charge like a monster, easy to use. Looks good. Charged very fast. Connects in one click.

Bought this speaker back in November 2022 just bought a replacement. Only because the battery refuse to charge beyond 10% causing it to stutter. I'm sure if there was a way to get to the battery I would have had many more years use out of it. I love it so much I bought another. Big sound from a little baby and you can carry it with you anywhere. It's been camping, to the beach and been with me for many movies and much music. Even got me through homework. Newer model comes with a c connector glad to have gotten rid of the mini USB. If you want a Bluetooth speaker that sounds great and lasts this is it. And for the price right now you can't argue. I'm surrounded by many Anker products for this very reason. Used daily connected to my PC, laptop, or cell phone when I'm not using my sound core life q30s that are still kicking it hard too.

My 10yr old likes to listen to music when he showers so he's always had to just use his ipad, which isn't a great sound and high volume, sounds tinny and not loud enough when the shower water is running. So I figured I'd get him a portable sound bar he could use instead, or when he's around the house, etc.I streamed YTube and there was no lag in the vocals/sound.The sound on this is actually really good for it's size and price, it connected right up to my iphone and his ipad, he tested it out and it was easy to hear while he was in the shower, we didn't need to go anywhere near max volumn.It has a rubbery coating and feels nice and solid, large buttons on top to control connection, volume, play/pause. Comes with a USB-C charging cable (but no power brick, you'll need that on your own, we just use the many we already have).Would definitely recommend if you need an upgrade from just your device sound and want something small, portable, and good sound quality.
