Great quality thread… when I first opened the package, I was ready to send it back immediately because it appeared to have been shedding white stuff and the more i unraveled the thread the worse the white stuff got. Then I remembered I ordered a waxed thread (I had never done that before so this was a first for me) I tried putting the package in front of my space heater for like a minute or 2 and it melted all the dried wax flakes leaving the beautifully colored thread! So just be aware that you may have to do that to bring it to life but I used it on a project after and it turned out just lovely!!

I have used this thread for a handful of leather projects. Overall, the thread seems durable and has worked fine in terms of function. My one complaint is the wax coating does not last. It’s just a cheap, flakey finish put on the thread, as only 5-10 stitches in the thread becomes uncoated.I solved this by applying my own beeswax on the thread before using, but still, this is not a durable wax. Also, after the wax has worn off, the color slightly changes on the thread, making it a lighter color as you progress with your piece. Not a huge complaint, but something worth noting.-Nightstitch Leather

Love the colors. Very easy to sew with. Holds great! Perfect thickness. Just waxy enough. Really a pleasure in every aspect. Helps me to get full enjoyment from my projects.

Different colors and very similar to what I needed and had before

I needed some cord for experimenting in making turkey wing brushes. This cord isn't 'all natural' but worked fine and came in nice colors.
