I am very pleasantly surprised. I used them on top of a salad and also with sauce as a side dish.I like the texture, my husband did not but i am not surprised by that. The taste is good, there is not much flavor so you would use it with spices or sauce.By pros: super low calorie (6 per pouch), sugar free, fat free, gluten free, gmo freeze.The serving size seemed small but it is ok for a side.I will keep eating those for sure!!

I have made these two nights in a row and love them. I especially love the low calories. I did a lot of research first on how to soak them to get rid of any odor and then briefly heat them in the microwave and they are great and satisfies my craving for pasta. I feel for the price, they are a great value and am going to order more again.

Good substitute for noodles in a low carb diet. Very easy to use, Just rince a few times then toss them in your pan or pot. Made asian style stir fried beef and broccoli noodles with them and tasted great.

The first time I chose this brand over others, and the first time I got this shape of noodle. I have made a ramen-type soup as a cold pasta salad and a warm noodle meal. All three times it worked out great. Would buy again.
