Possibly fake?
I found these to be much thinner and watery than the original, so much so that I can't use them on my lips at all, even after refrigeration . Shipping, etc. was fine though

Simply the BEST!!!
I've had several lip issues which have embarrassingly lasted for years (constantly peeling and leaving a whitish pale look despite lots of balms tried); this product has healed my lips!!!!!!! leaving them plump and soft and in perfect condition. So impressed that I now Have a tube in my Makeup bag in my handbag, one by my bedside and one in the Car. Such a fantastic product and will certainly re purchase when I run out.
