I have used Hyland’s #4 Ferrum phos for years. I have found it very effective for boosting my body’s ability to fight off the creepy crud around me, including colds and flus I may have been exposed to. I take it after being on flights or any other close quarters with other humans. It’s also great for those first symptoms of feeling off, a couple, three doses, and it nips them in the bud.
