Terrible UI and Shoddy Hardware
I could put up with the extremely poor programming user interface and the fiddly jumper-winks needed to customize the Falcon-8 (is this 1990?), but mine completely lost the ability to do macros longer than a single step after approximately two months of ownership. Repeated reprogramming failed to fix the issue, so I count this in the "loss" column.
