The reason I know 2) is wrong is that this professional grade Thermometer gives the correct temp every time. However the best location for Human Temp readings seems to be the temple or side of the forehead not the front. Also near 1) readings.Please note 2) & 3) allow the user to turn the LASER OFF, you MUST do this before pointing at a person to check their temp as Lasers damage eyes permanently.

Good quality equipment and easy to use everything we have come to expect from fluke, it also seems quite robust but I have bought a protective case for added piece of mind as the unit did not come in a manufacturers box which leads me to believe it has been on display.Did however come well protected with all instructions and dispatched incredibly quickly, was ordered 18:00 on Monday, dispatched Tuesday and Wednesday; it not scheduled to arrive until between Thursday and Next Tuesday so very please

I was happy with the product, the only thing that wasn't mentioned in the advert was that this doesn't come in it original packaging as it is removed for calibration so it came wrapped in a plain cardboard u

For the price I was looking forward to a product made in USA.

It's comfortable to hold, quick to read temperatures and seems to work well. Only slight downside is the changing the emissivity is a little long winded if taking readings from different surfaces - polished metal, copper pipes or painted pipes all have different emissitives.

Well, its a Fluke!Not much else needs to be said.Reliable, accurate, robust but .... expensive.I bought this as a replacement for a much cheaper IR thermometer I bought from ebay which was clearly not that consistent with readings.My primary use is temperature measurements in electronic components while they are in service. So reliability is a must.

It's very accurate, couldn't be easier to use, and seems totally undestructable. It's updating the temperature wihtout any lag. It's probably the cheapest Fluke product, and at this price, I think it's a steal.
