These are great
I bought these after having irregular bowels and tummy ache on an almost daily basis. After a few weeks of taking these (one a day, with breakfast), it's completely gone and my bowels are regular. I highly recommend them

Not cheap so expected a bit more , still getting bloated and general gassy every day and hasnt helped so far , i have a really good diet too and dont drink , will come back and update if after a bit longer it helps but 2 weeks so far i kinda expected some sort of change , anyway was worth a try and if improves in next few weeks i have left in bottle id stick with it
